Abbiamo deciso di non ascolatare le notizie, per allontanarci un poco dalle sempre più drammatiche informazioni giornaliere.. Abbiamo cucinato un buon pranzo e nel pomeriggio abbiamo preparato la lista della spesa per i prossimi giorni.
Today we decided not to listen to the news in order to move away a little bit from the always more dramatic daily news. We cooked a good meal and in the afternoon we prepared the list of food for the next week.
Si, perchè volendo uscire da casa solo una volta alla settimana per evitare rischi dobbiamo organizzarci. Nessuno lo avrebbe immaginato qualche settimana fa. Il nostro mondo è cambiato.
Yes, because we try to go out only once a week to avoid any risk we have to organize ourselves. Nobody had imagined it a few weeks ago. Our world has changed.

Stay safe please, Robert. It was very smart to turn away from the news, at least for one day. Maybe once a week, or more. It’s so depressing. Meanwhile, nature is flourishing, and we can rejoice in that.
Today the sky was blue, spring is arriving, I guess flowers are coming out…but I prefer to stay safe inside…
robert, i see our minds are on the same things, simple enjoyment of food made for us by others, out in a celebratory manner, even though at the time we may not have realized we were celebrating anything.. but we were xoxox

Indeed the entire world has changed, and there fore anxiety and fear, it becomes harder not to feed the mind with the worth scenario, instead of feeding the mind with more positive thoughts. Stay safe my friend.
Yes, we must accept it. And I hope after this the world will start in a new way with more attention to human beings and less attention to the economy…
….. and also pay more attention to our Earth, with less waste, in order to save this planet from all this abuse we do.
