Un’altro noioso giorno d’estate
La città è vuota, il caldo è sopportabile, il gelataio non è troppo lontano. Basta attraversare il piazzale del mercato, ora vuoto.
The town is empty. The heat is bearable, the icecream maker is not too far away. Simply cross the now empty market square.
In casa si sta bene, c’è tranquillità. Posso lavorare sul mio prossimo progetto, un libro con una selezione di foto scattate subito prima, durante e appena dopo il lockdown. Il titolo? “Those days” quei giorni. Vi farò sapere come il libro procederà, rimanete in contatto!
It’s nice at home, it’s so quiet. I can work on my next project, a book with a series of pictures made just before, during and just after the lockdown time. The title? “Those days”. I’ll keep you informed how the book will progress, keep in touch!

the quiet photographer 
la vita è un viaggio, e viaggiare fa parte della vita, così io e mia moglie abbiamo riportato la nostra vita a un ritmo quasi abituale, andando da una città all’altra. grazie Robert per aver chiesto della vita dei tuoi lettori. e spero che questo progetto del libro si realizzi nel miglior modo possibile.
Si viaggiare è bello, istruttivo e ispira amche nuove idee. Noi per il momento abbiamo ancora un poco di paura…forse fra un poco di tempo.
Il libro è un piccolo progetto, piccolo formato e non molte pagine…ci sto lavorando!
L’atmosfera agostana è particolare, rarefatta, spesso afosa a queste latitudini, ma anche particolarmente quieta e silenziosa. Una miscela di ingredienti che inducono alla meditazione indisturbata, alla cura delle proprie cose, a spasso nel proprio mondo interiore. Buon lavoro Robert!

It’s hot here in California, but I am lucky enough to live close by the ocean, so I get a breeze opening my front door and patio door. It’s always to have an ice cream maker to be close by as you mentioned. Stay cool and creative, Robert.
California and the ocean ! Do you know in Tuscany there is an area called California ? I guess quite different, but there is the sea anyway…LOL
It is summer, but we have rain in the mornings. The tomatoes love it. We love that the rain cools things down. I am so glad we are not in a city.
A little bit of rain to cool the air is a good thing. Tomatoes are good but my doctor forbid me to eat them! And my wife check I do not eat them!
No! How can he be so cruel?! I could live without tomatoes, but it would be really difficult.
