Good memories, good times !
Ah… the perfect rainy afternoon. A little drive, an unexpected café, a pause for coffee and reading. What a lovely diptych!
It s so nice to drive along a small road, specially in an unknown (to me) place. A pause for an expresso is part of the small pleasures. Perhaps you manage to have a chat with somebody…
The two photo were taken during a trip in Sardinia where my wife and I went to meet a good friend who spent each year a few months there. The trip was not intended as a “photographic” trip and I only brought a simple Polaroid camera with me. No need to say it was before covid…
Thanks for your words, appreciated.
On the road again… (with a nod to Willie Nelson).:)
Ah, to be in the mountains, it is a sublime thought. The second image, could it be a stop along the way, or a destination?
Thank you for nudging my thoughts with a diptych and yes, it begins with a story . It also tells a part of the story with two photographs.
A nice way to start my day…@
Thanks, a drive along a backroad is always nice, and a stop foir a coffee and a short pause is an additional benefit!
