Qualcuno mi ha chiesto informazioni su questa foto, vista in questo post e anche in questo, se la cercate. Somebody asked me infos about this photograph which appears in this post and also in this one, if you look for it.
Durante il nostro breve viaggio in Olanda ci siamo imbattuti in questa parata. Bambini, ragazzi, adulti sfilavano per le vie della città accompagnati da bande musicali. I nostri amici olandesi ci hanno spiegato che era la festa per la fine dell’anno scolastico. Scolari, studenti, maestri e professori, genitori e altro personale scolastico, tutti sfilavano insieme accompagnati dalla musica. Un gioioso momento di liberazione dagli impegni scolastici. A me sembra una cosa molto bella vedere un momento simile durante il quale però non ci si limita a far gazzarra ma bambini e giovani si abituano a creare comunità, a socializzare con gli altri. Credo sia anche in questo modo che si diventa adulti consapevoli dell’importanza delle relazioni sociali.

During our short trip to Holland we bumbed into this parade. Children, students, teachers and parents marched through the town at the sound of musical bands. Our dutch friends explained us it was the celebration for the last day of school. Scholars, teachers, students, parents all together at the sound of music. A joyful moment of release from the duties of the school. It seems me very nice to see such a moment during which young people celebrate and meantime get used to be part of a larger community, learn to socialize with the others. I believe that it is also in this way that one becomes an adult well aware of the importance of the social relationships.

Parades are really hard..esp with TLR.
Grazie Jason, I usually do not shoot parades exactly because too difficult. But this time it was not planned, we just bumped into it and I felt the instinct and I was lucky enough with the result!
